MH370 Toolkit A

I've just done this between classes today. Please leave suggestions... I'm especially looking for waypoints for the next toolkit.


I've created/compiled a series of shapefiles for use in tracking down Flight MH370. The Zip File includes:

ReachableAirWithinArc.shp -

Airport points including codes of airports within 4400 kilometres of KUL & 150 km of the "final ping"'s arc

KUL.shp -

Kuala Lumpur Airport

Waypoints.shp -

Known waypoints used by MH370

KnownPath.shp -

Known path between KUL & waypoints

Inmarsat.shp -

Location of the Inmarsat satellite

FuelLimit.shp -

Polygon radiating 4400 km from KUL

LastPing.shp -

Polyline of Inmarsat's "Last Ping" arc

ReachableAir.shp -

Airport points within 4400 km of KUL.

ReachableNations.shp -

National borders within 4400 km of KUL, just for reference.
